Have You Made Your Will Yet

We all are going to be gone one day from our family and friends. It is not a nice thought but it is reality and it is something that we all need to face and deal with it. A good way to face this reality and help make sure that our wishes are followed in the care of our loved ones is having a living will.

A living will is as it sounds, it is your legal will but the difference between it and the traditional will, the living will is read while you are still alive. Say for example that you have a devastating stroke and you cannot speak, well that is where your living will comes in to play and your wishes that are in it will be followed. This is very important because you can state how your assets can are distributed in your living trust. The trust, just like the living will is a legal document that you can have enforced while you are still alive.

So while you are still of able mind and bodily functions you can make sure that your loved ones have access to your property and there is no disputes or confusions in trying to decide what you really want to occur after you are gone. All of these things, the living will and trust can be produced online and they are all legally binding in all 50 states. All of this sounds wonderful right? Well guess what, you can do something else online as well, you can get a divorce online as well.

Yes that is correct, you can divorce your spouse online if your relationship goes sour. I am not saying or wishing you an ill will but just be aware that you can do a number of things for your family online and by far the most important thing you can do for your family online is to get your will done today.
